Responsibilities:  Design, manufacture, and analyze PCBAs using Altium. Assemble and evaluate robotic electrical systems. Develop test fixtures for R&D and production. Create work instructions and SOPs. Support firmware development, ECAD symbol/footprint design, cable assembly/management, and inspect incoming components for quality. Evaluate circuits & assemblies for ISO/IEC/IPC compliance. Collaborate with vendors & PCB suppliers. Travel to field sites for electrical system installation and repairs in production robots.

2009-2015 

Developed curriculum and teaching materials to instruct hundreds of attendees on soldering SMD and PTH electronics kits at the flagship MakerFaire in San Mateo, California. Performed similar duties at various local MakerFaires in Colorado, including events in Denver, Aspen, and Longmont, as well as conducting workshops at the University of Colorado Boulder campus and SparkFun headquarters in north Boulder.
