Cymatics - Seeing Sound
Seeing sound with DIY cymatics.
I discovered Cymatics many years ago, and since, I've always enjoyed watching and creating my own cymatic plates. The videos below show two different attempts at making affordable, DIY cymatics plates.
The first attempt used acrylic as the plate.
The second attempt used a metal plate, which, as you'll see, produced much more vivid patterns.
